You name it and I’ve dabbled in here. From social media management, logo development, the design of packaging, point of purchase displays, sales promos, trade show graphics and booths, brochures, direct mail, sales and marketing support material, email blasts and newsletters, web banners, landing pages, WordPress site updates to even some video editing.

Covidien, Boulder, Colorado

Senior Graphic Designer, October 2007 – April 2008

Work at Covidien entailed mainly the production of packaging for FDA regulated medical devices in the respiratory and monitoring division. I worked directly with the plant in Juarez, Mexico to ensure proper reproduction of the packaging and print on demand pieces. Project management and attention to detail were essential skills for following the packaging throughout the approval process required by the FDA.

Working for PumpkinMasters was one of the most fun experiences I’ve had to date. Projects consisted of production work for their generic product line packaging. Various conception and design of custom packaging for such companies as Disney®, Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma, and Bed, Bath, & Beyond. I supported other departments by creating trade show booth graphics, photographing product, and designing marketing and sales materials. And maintained and updated the company website.

Reduced outside costs by introducing digital photography by acting as an in-house photographer, and developing the website in-house. Created a consistent updated look throughout the company by redesigning the generic line look, stationery, website, and marketing and sales materials.
